Louise started my career as a mechanical engineer, an unusual way to get into PR and marketing, but it gave me a good foundation for working in construction. I made the move into media in my late 20s as I’d established engineering wasn’t for me.

I’ve had a number of roles which involved supporting the sales team to help generate sales. I spent two years working for Marley Alutec helping to generate specification lead sales. More recently at LMC, I’ve worked for the TRA and UK Construction Week.
